The following is required for new service sign
up:
- A photo I.D.
- Proof of date of residence: i.e. Lease
agreement for rental property or closing papers
for newly purchased house.
- The $75.00 account
set up fee.
MAKING PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES
Our office offers ACH debit service for bill
paying. This service allows the customer
the freedom from ever having a penalty applied
or being in danger of disconnection due to
non-payment of the bill. The customer
continues to receive a bill with the charges for
the month listed for record keeping purposes.
The bill will be marked "DO NOT PAY-THIS ACCOUNT
HAS BEEN DRAFTED". Based on the billing
cycle of your account, your account will be
drafted on either the 10th or the 25th of each
month. You will be given your draft date
when you sign up for ACH draft. This
process requires a voided check and the
completion of an ACH Draft request form.
The form is located on our "Forms" tab for your
convenience.
In addition, we accept payment by check, money
order, cash, or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
There is a $5.95 Phone Courtesy Fee for the
credit card payments taken over the phone.
All checks are electronically deposited and may
clear your account on the day we receive the
payment.
In the near future, we hope to offer an online
bill pay feature which you will be able to
access via this web address.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties
which temporarily prevent you from paying on
time, please let us know. In many cases,
we can work out a payment plan to allow you to
continue receiving service. Please call
